Background:
Our customer required a material handling solution that required the cold chain shipment of Blood Plasma at a temperature of approximately -30ᵒC. The Pallets had to be made in component parts for storage purposes and easy and robust enough for assembly and containment of products.
Outcome:
We were able to fabricate a very strong, bespoke pallet system that can be disassembled when not in use. The box is made from honeycomb PP material with a collapsible sleeve, re-enforced base and lid and runners for moving the box.
