Background:
Williams F1 required a large floor box that would be used for the transportation of specific component parts for the Racing Team but also to be collapsible when not being used, thus providing more efficient space during transportation on Air or Sea freight routes.
Outcome:
A very strong, bespoke box made from honeycomb plastic material with a collapsible sleeve, re-enforced base and lid and runners for moving the box. The box was able to replace the less robust cardboard solution and is now operational.
