CPP had already provided a prototype Air-Sea Freight Pallet and Sleeve solution for one of customers to test the movement of High End Automotive parts around the World. The success of the trial resulted in an order for a further four boxes with some enhanced features.

A very compact 4 pallet stackable solution with a very strong base but with flexibility to quickly remove the sleeves and assemble into a rigid box like structure for the movement of materials. The combination of a Heat Treated pallet base and the honeycombed material made the sleeve very strong and able to withstand the rigours of transportation as well as protection for the components. Our customer recognised this material handling solution as a more cost effective method to that of using cardboard.
